QUALIFICATIONS:

A. Education: Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing with current licensure in the State of New Jersey as required by law. You must be enrolled in a BSN or MSN program from an accredited school of professional nursing and graduate on or before the second employment anniversary date into a nursing position. * BSN or MSN graduates preferred

* Grandfathered Exemption of Educational Requirement:

Hired on or before June 1, 2013 - IMC

Hired on or before August 4, 2015 - IMCW

B. Experience: Minimum of 1 year recent Med/Surg experience required. One-year clinical experience in specialty area required for per diem positions, two years preferred

C. Certification/Licensure: Current licensure with New Jersey State Board of Nursing as required by law

American Heart Association BLS required

American Heart Association ACLS required

Dysrhythmia course required

National Certification in area of specialty preferred
