Experience:1 year Hospital Pharmacy experience required, prior clinical Pharmacy monitoring experience preferred.Required License/Certifications/ Registration:Current NJ-PHARMAC - New Jersey Pharmacy license (or eligible for licensure). - -Scheduled Days / Hours: weekends & prn Pediatrics
