Leader (Full Time) at our Shrewsbury location with Psychiatric &
Behavioral Health of New Jersey.Requirements:New Jersey Licensed:
Psychologist, LPC, LCSW and/or LCADC.5 years' experience providing
direct psychotherapy services to clients.Leadership and
Supervisory/Management experience.Experience related to growing
programs/business.Demonstrated history of professional growth and

create and maintain a site with positive energy, caring support,
mutual trust and respect.To foster a connection with all staff of
the practice by working together with the Regional Clinical
Director.To balance clinical, technological and business best
practices.Communicate performance expectations regarding clinical
quality, evidence-based treatment, timely and professional
documentation, HIPAA compliance, etc.Adhere to Clinical Policies
and Procedures delineated in the P& P Manual and ensure clinical
staff adherence.Continuously monitor room use and clinician
schedules to ensure optimum room utilization.Identify clinical
staffing needs and routinely communicate those needs with the
Regional Clinical Director.Actively participate in recruitment,
interviewing and onboarding of new clinical staff.Demonstrate
active support of value-based contracts and clinical initiatives by
communicating requirements to clinical staff and ensuring their
compliance.To identify, analyze and resolve issues involving any
clinical, administrative, staffing or client matters.Provide
on-going clinical case consultationAddress and resolve internal and
external customer complaints and provide feedback to involved
individuals.Continuously seek opportunities to streamline
administrative processes and work with administrative staff to
determine viability of implementation.Continuously identify
marketing opportunities for respective site, as needed, and work
with clinical staff on creative ideas to share with administrative
staff.Provide technological training and troubleshooting to
clinical staff. Manage the physical office space, which includes
communicating issues directly with landlord, coordinating necessary
