The primary purpose of this position is to supervise and coordinate activities of nursing personnel and (ancillary staff when needed) during the assigned shift in conjunction with the Director of Nursing. The Supervision will be in accordance with current Federal, State and Local standards, regulations, OSHA and HIPAA guidelines.
- Follow established facility policies and procedures that govern the facility. - Assure that the highest degree of quality care is provided to our residents at all times. - Must be a person with imagination and possess the creative skills necessary to work with a variety of people. - Should have an empathetic approach to illness and ill-elderly. - Must be an able leader in group situations and have a pleasant, friendly personality. - Must be able to execute independent judgment in the absence of management. - Responsible for overseeing staff. - Ensures that full respect is rendered to all residents, visitors' co-workers and management. - Routinely interacts with Medical and Other Professionals
Shift: 11PM- 7AM
