Trauma Level/Designation: 2 Board Requirements (Board
Certified/Board Eligible): AP Estimated Credentialing Timeframe:
60-90 Schedule: 8:30-4:30p M-F No call required 2 physicians in the
group 4 Histotechnologists 1Pathology Assistant 2 Cytotechnologists
Locum tenens physician will not be required to supervise Other
Pathologists present during the locum's coverage BC Pathologist, NJ
license, COVID vaccine required
