an integral part of the operations of the unit by maintaining and
supporting unit based throughput efforts while ensuring that all
available resources are utilized in an efficient manner that
supports the delivery -of safe, high-quality care all patients.
-Additionally, you will serve as a role model/mentor empowering all
clinical staff to identify innovative solutions to address patient
needs while ensuring all clinical staff receive the support needed
to practice in alignment with the full scope of their clinical
role.Experience RequiredA minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing
experience in an acute care setting, with 1 year of demonstrated
leadership abilities. - - Education RequirementsGraduate from an
NLN accredited school of nursing. - -Bachelor's in Nursing
required, Masters preferred or in progress within 6-12 months of
hire -License/Certification RequirementsNJ-RN: Current New Jersey
license as a Registered Nurse -BLS & ACLS certificationCNL or AACN
Specialty certification preferredSpecial RequirementsScheduled Days
/ Hours: FT Night shift; License (or Certification):ACLS Required;
License (or Certification):BLS Required; License (or
Certification):NJ-RN Required; Education:BSN Required -Excellent
communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills required. -
