The Manager of Clinical Practice will be responsible for the oversight of all clinical programs within CNI, as well as the direct reporting of all non-provider clinical team members in CNI. This position will have direct oversight to all daily operations within CNI, in partnership with other institute leadership.Experience Required3-5 years clinical experience requiredEducation RequirementsBachelor's degree requiredLicense/Certification RequirementsCurrent NJ-RN License (Registered Nurse)Special RequirementsLicense (or Certification):NJ-RN Required; Education:BSN RequiredCommunication - Ability to communicate with patients, visitors and coworkers requiredProcess Improvement - experience with methodologies for process improvement requiredBusiness planning - experience with the business planning and project proposals preferredTeam Leadership - experience with leading and engaging a team preferred
