The successful candidate will be responsible for designing treatment plans, performing dose calculations, and managing data related to patient radiotherapy and brachytherapy treatment.Key Responsibilities

• Design treatment plans and perform dose calculations based on the Radiation Oncologist's prescribed course of radiotherapy or brachytherapy.
• Manage data related to patient radiotherapy and brachytherapy treatment.
• Assist Radiation Therapists in simulation and setup verification of treatment delivery.
• Collaborate with Medical Physicists to ensure quality management practices and appropriate use of computer hardware and software.Requirements
  • Graduate of a JRCERT-accredited Medical Dosimetry Program.
  • Hold a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree.
  • ARRT Certified or Board eligible.
  • Completed at least 36 months of clinical medical dosimetry experience under the direction of a certified medical dosimetrist or a medical physicist.
  • Completed 24 CE credits approved by the MDCB during 36 months of clinical experience.
