Custom Healthcare Solutions is seeking a local contract nurse RN Home Health for a local contract nursing job in Camden, New Jersey.Job Description & Requirements

Employment Type: Local ContractHours: 8:30am-5:00pm, Monday-Friday, every 5th weekend required
Contract: 6-month contract with option to go perm after 6-months
Rate: $55-$60/hr based on nursing experience
Assess, plan and implement a treatment plan to keep terminally ill patients comfortable
Provides nursing care, emotional support and education to patients and families.
Requirements:

2 Years Home Care RN Experience
Experience working in a home care setting preferred
NJ RN License
BLS
Must have a valid Driver's License
