Are you a motivated and experienced Physician Assistant with a passion for orthopedics? We're looking for a dynamic PA to join our rapidly growing orthopedic practice, working alongside top-tier surgeons and clinical teams across Somers Point, Cherry Hill, and Brick, NJ.

Since 2011, our practice has earned a strong reputation for delivering cutting-edge orthopedic care throughout New Jersey. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a skilled PA who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is committed to providing outstanding patient outcomes.

What You'll Do:

Patient Evaluations & Diagnostics: Conduct thorough evaluations, order and interpret imaging (MRI, X-ray, CT), and develop personalized orthopedic treatment plans.

Surgical First Assist: Participate in surgical procedures, supporting advanced techniques and high-quality outcomes.

Perioperative Care: Manage pre- and post-operative patient care, focusing on smooth recoveries and patient satisfaction.

Education & Communication: Clearly explain diagnoses, treatment options, and surgical procedures to patients and their families in an empathetic, easy-to-understand manner.

Team-Based Collaboration: Work closely with orthopedic surgeons, physical therapists, and pain management providers to ensure a comprehensive approach to care.

Multi-Location Flexibility: Rotate between Somers Point, Cherry Hill, and Brick locations-providing exposure to a variety of patient cases and environments.

What You Bring:

Licensure: Active New Jersey Physician Assistant license required.

Experience: Prior experience in orthopedics strongly preferred.

Clinical Expertise: Skilled in interpreting diagnostic imaging and developing treatment plans.

Adaptability: Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced setting across multiple locations.

Strong Communication: Professional, clear communicator with a patient-first approach.

$1,250 after 30 days of successful employment

$1,250 after 90 days of successful employment
