Are you a dedicated Nurse Practitioner with a passion for orthopedic care and surgical assisting? We're looking for a skilled NP to join our growing team, working closely with top orthopedic surgeons across Somers Point, Cherry Hill, and Brick. This role offers a unique opportunity to engage in both clinical and surgical environments while contributing to exceptional patient outcomes.

What You'll Do:

Conduct Patient Evaluations: Perform detailed orthopedic assessments, order and interpret diagnostic imaging (MRI, X-ray, CT), and develop tailored treatment plans.

Assist in Surgeries: Serve as first assist during orthopedic procedures (RNFA certification required).

Manage Perioperative Care: Oversee patient care before and after surgery, ensuring smooth recoveries and positive outcomes.

Educate Patients & Families: Clearly explain diagnoses, procedures, and care plans in a patient-friendly, empathetic manner.

Collaborate Across Disciplines: Work with orthopedic surgeons, physical therapists, and pain management providers to coordinate comprehensive care.

What You Bring:

Licensure: Active Nurse Practitioner license in New Jersey.

RNFA Certification: Required for surgical first-assist duties.

Orthopedic Experience: Prior experience in orthopedics (clinical and/or surgical).

Strong Clinical Judgment: Skilled in interpreting imaging and developing treatment strategies.

Communication & Efficiency: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a high-volume environment.

Flexibility: Willingness to rotate between Somers Point, Cherry Hill, and Brick locations.
