Job Function:
Night Shift.
7pm - 7am.
Prepare, administer (orally, subcutaneously, or via IV), and document prescribed medications.
Report any adverse reactions to medications or treatments, following policies on medication administration by a licensed registered nurse.
Educate patients on surgical procedures, ensuring they understand the process and expectations.
Record patients' medical information and vital signs accurately and promptly.
Monitor, adjust, and interpret specialized equipment used on patients, including recording electronic display data.
Job Requirements:
Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing or holder of a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN).
Current and valid RN license in the state of New York.
2 years of acute Med/Surg RN experience.
BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association.
1 year of travel nursing experience.
