Job Description:
Seeking a part-time LPN with $32-$35/hour based on experience
plus shift differentials and clinical premiums.
Shift options: Day (6am-2:30pm) or Evening (2pm-10:30pm), with
rotating weekends and holidays.
Qualifications include active PA LPN licensure, CPR certification,
and preferred experience in geriatric or long-term care.
Responsibilities involve planning and providing resident care per
physician orders, administering medications and treatments,
performing assessments, and participating in daily rounds.
