Registered Nurse (RN) will provide resident care in accordance with
acceptable standards of nursing practice and the written plan of
care as well as physicians plan of treatmentThe Registered Nurse
(RN) follows a plan of care designed by our Nurse ManagerRegistered
Nurse (RN)Perform Medication Administration and Treatments per
POCMonitor residents' conditions and report accordingly by the
Registered Nurse (RN)Accurate documentation in accordance with the
provided ordersQualifications of RN:A current, unencumbered active
license to practice as an RN in the state of New JerseyAbility to
work with multiple patients at onceMinimum 2+ years nursing
experience in a hospital, nursing home or other healthcare setting
-preferredEffective communication skills, professionalism, and
ability to harmoniously communicate with personnel, residents,
family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel, and the
public.Strong knowledge of nursing and medical practices and
procedures, as well as laws, regulations, and guidelines that
