Insight Global is seeking a local contract nurse RN Clinic for a local contract nursing job in Jersey City, New Jersey. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Clinic Discipline: RN Duration: 12 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Local Contract Position: Primary Care RN Duration: 3-month contract (cover maternity leave ~ 7/25 start date) Working Hours: M-F 8:30am-5pm Must Haves: Certificate from an accredited Nursing School or associate’s degree (A.S.) is required. Currently licensed Registered Nurse in state of New Jersey Preferred: Bachelor's degree (BSN) from four-year college or university is preferred. At least 3 years of experience as an RN in an emergency room, occupational health clinic, or other ambulatory care clinic. D2D: Insight Global is seeking a Registered Nurse with first rate customer service and professionalism to join an onsite employee health center. The RN will be responsible for evaluating patient care needs, prioritizing treatments, and ensuring smooth patient flow. Key duties include conducting nursing assessments through patient history, physical exams, and vital signs collection, as well as administering treatments within the RN’s legal scope of practice. The RN will collaborate with physicians or licensed practitioners for further medical care when necessary, identify and report equipment needing repair, and perform occupational health screenings such as EKGs, audiometry, spirometry, and vision tests, as outlined in the site contract.
