Schedule Night 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:00) Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Med Surg (MS/Tele) unit. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills and a passion for providing high-quality patient care. The RN will be responsible for managing patient care, coordinating with a multidisciplinary team, and ensuring that patients receive appropriate interventions. Responsibilities - Provide direct patient care and support to patients in the MS/Tele unit. - Monitor patients' vital signs and assess their condition regularly. - Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. - Educate patients and their families on health management. - Document patient care and updates accurately in the Epic charting system. - Collaborate with healthcare professionals to implement care plans. - Float within assigned hospitals as required based on staffing needs. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure - Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a Med Surg or Telemetry unit. - Current BLS and ACLS certifications. - Ability to pass the dysrhythmia test within the first 72 hours of signing.
