ARMStaffing is seeking a travel nurse RN PCU - Progressive Care Unit for a travel nursing job in Camden, New Jersey. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: PCU - Progressive Care Unit - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 02/16/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, nights - Employment Type: Travel Neuro RN - Night Shift - 3x12 Hours Location Voorhees, NJ Assignment Duration This is a 13-week contract position. Schedule Night shift: 3x12 hour shifts (19:00 - 07:00) Job Description We are seeking an experienced Neuro RN to join our team. The successful candidate will provide care for patients in a mix of Medical/Surgical and Progressive Care Units, and will be required to float between five hospitals based on patient needs. The RN will be responsible for monitoring patient status, performing assessments, and implementing care plans. Responsibilities - Provide nursing care to patients in the Neuro unit with a focus on achieving positive patient outcomes. - Monitor and document patients' vital signs and symptoms, and report any changes to the healthcare team. - Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring patient safety. - Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create and implement care plans. - Float to ICU for PCU patients as needed. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure - A minimum of 2 years of Neuro nursing experience is required. - Current ACLS, BLS, ASLS, and NIHSS certifications are mandatory. - RN license active in New Jersey or compact state is required. - Epic experience is preferred. - Must pass a Dysrhythmia test within 72 hours of signing the contract.
