Special Equipment : GE and Philips NM cameras Tier3 Travel Compliance Required Information : SSN DOB Submission Requirements : Requested Time Off : A screenshot of the candidate confirming their RTO schedule requests is required upon submission. These submissions will be prioritized. Requests with less than 7 days of RTO , and no Holiday time off , will be prioritized. RTO requested after an offer will NOT be accommodated. Clinicians are expected to adhere to the agreed-upon schedule and should NOT request changes once onsite. When floated, RNs will be assigned a patient ratio based on patient acuity License/Certifications: Active NJ or Compact license is required at time of submission.
