Type: Travel 1 year of Medical/Surgical experience. 1 year of
Telemetry experience. 2 years of IV insertion and Phlebotomy
experience. 2years of Conscious Sedation experience BSN Required
BLS, ACLS AHA Required NY State license Required COVID & FLU Card
