MRI Tech Location: Elmhurst, NY Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,381 per week Shift Information: 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 14 Weeks Start Date: 2/17/2026 About the Position Job Title: MRI Technologist Profession: MRI Technologist Specialty: - Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 12:00 AM - 8:00 AM Hours per Shift: 8 hours Experience: At least 1 year of MRI experience in an acute setting License: NYSDOH Rad Tech license required Certifications: Current certification and registration in Magnetic Resonance Imaging issued by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) or the American Registry of Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologists (ARMRIT) Must-Have: - Associate's degree from a Radiologic Technology program - Knowledge of GE equipment - In-person interviews required Description: Shift is from 12:00 AM to 8:00 AM, including alternating weekends and holidays. At least one year of MRI experience in an acute care setting is required. Knowledge of GE equipment is essential. A valid license as a radiologic technologist issued by the NYSDOH is mandatory. Current certification and registration in Magnetic Resonance Imaging from ARRT or ARMRIT is a necessity. Training will be provided for two weeks. Experience with relevant equipment is expected.
