Tender Touch Rehab Services is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team of healthcare professionals in providing tailored rehabilitation therapy services. This role involves assisting Physical Therapists in the delivery of treatments and interventions for patients with various physical conditions, enhancing their mobility and quality of life. As a valued member of our team, you will play a vital role in our patient-centered approach, assisting in the development and implementation of customized therapy programs. Assist Physical Therapists in implementing treatment plans for patients. Help patients perform specific exercises as part of the plan of care. Educate patients and family members about treatment plans and maintenance exercises. Monitor and document the patient's progress and response to therapy. Maintain a clean and organized therapy area. Adhere to all professional and ethical standards, including confidentiality and sensitivity to patients' needs and conditions. Strong interpersonal and communication skills Great attention to detail Ability to comply with complex regulatory requirements Proficiency in using therapy equipment and implementing exercise treatments Empathy and resilience when working with patients who experience pain or discomfort Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Valid Physical Therapist Assistant license CPR certification preferred
