Responsibilities: Conducting biopsychosocial assessments to
determine appropriate level of care for the patient. Collaborating
with outpatient providers. Understand and present acuity, rationale
for continued stay, treatment goals and discharge criteria.
Maintain accurate and complete documentation. Provide support to
the team when needed. Maintain ongoing communication with the
treatment team. When needed, obtain current information on each
patient’s clinical progress from various sources and present
complete and appropriate clinical information to managed care
companies. Requirements: Education, Competencies and Credentials:
LCSW, LPC, LMHC with a valid NY license, preferred. Master's Degree
in related social services fields, required. Experience working
with patients who have eating disorders is strongly preferred.
Current credentialing with managed care panels is highly desired.
Experience working on Electronic Medical Records a plus Hours: 40
hours per week, Monday – Friday The Renfrew Center provides
