Job Description Job Description Job description: Responsibilities: Clinical Lead the full OB/GYN service line, including prenatal care, obstetrics, gynecology, family planning, and preventive care. Supervise a staff of 3. Ensure high-quality outcomes. Coordinate care across disciplines and guide service expansion. Compliance Own OB/GYN quality metrics and improvement initiatives. Lead peer review, case discussions, and incident learning processes. Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements; Leadership Recruit, onboard, mentor, and evaluate OB/GYN providers. Collaborate on staffing models, workflows, and patient-flow optimization. Patient Care Provide comprehensive gynecologic care. Community & Program Development Work with Outreach and Communications on maternal health initiatives, education, and events. Contribute to grants, reporting, and development of new programs or services. Qualifications MD from an accredited medical school. Board Certified in OB/GYN. Active New York State license. Minimum 5 years clinical OB/GYN experience, including at least 2 years in leadership or administrative roles. phaxiskim Job Type: Full-time Work Location: In person
