Job Description Annual Salary: $200k-$260k (varies depending on years of experience) We are seeking a dedicated Family Medicine Physician to join our client’s outpatient practice. Key Responsibilities: Deliver compassionate, evidence-based primary care to patients of all ages Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation in compliance with organizational and regulatory standards Collaborate with other providers and care teams to ensure comprehensive patient management Participate in staff development, mentoring, and training activities Contribute to organizational quality improvement efforts, including best practice alerts, registries, and performance measures Attend required meetings and actively engage in program or clinic initiatives Demonstrate cultural sensitivity and maintain respectful, professional relationships with patients, families, and colleagues Utilize scientific evidence and clinical judgment to optimize patient outcomes Meet all licensure, continuing education, and annual health requirements Qualifications: Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution and completion of accredited residency in Family Medicine Active or eligible New York State medical license Board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine Minimum 1–2 years of clinical experience preferred, though strong new graduates will be considered Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to work effectively in a collaborative, patient-centered environment Competence with electronic health records and basic computer systems Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple responsibilities — Atlas Search is a tri-state area recruitment agency, connecting new graduates, Advanced Practice Providers, Physicians and Nurse Leaders to hospitals, clinics, multi-specialty groups, nursing homes, managed care companies, private practices, and healthcare start-ups.
