Job Description:
Encompass Health is seeking a highly skilled, compassionate, and
dedicated Registered Nurse to join our dynamic team of healthcare
professionals. In this role, you will play a crucial part in
delivering top-tier rehabilitative care to patients, greatly aiding
their recovery journey and enhancing their overall quality of life.
Our innovative facility offers an environment where advanced
medical practices and a compassionate approach to patient care go
hand-in-hand. Assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care for
patients in a rehabilitation setting. Work collaboratively with a
multidisciplinary team to optimize patient treatment and outcomes.
Maintain accurate patient records and administer medications and
treatments as prescribed. Educate patients and their families on
disease processes, medical-surgical procedures, and other aspects
of therapeutic regimens. Advocate for patients’ and families'
needs, and promote optimal health practices and safety. Proficiency
in patient assessment and nursing care planning Strong
interpersonal communication skills Ability to work collaboratively
in a multidisciplinary team Experience in administering medications
and understanding their effects Medical Insurance Dental Insurance
Vision Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the
state of employment Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification Advanced
Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) desired but not required
