This role requires a deep commitment to caring for patients recovering from a wide range of injuries and illnesses, with a focus on restoring optimal health and functionality. Assess patients' health problems and needs, develop and implement nursing care plans, and maintain medical records. Administer nursing care to ill, injured, convalescent, or disabled patients. Advise patients on health maintenance and disease prevention or provide case management. Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients' conditions. Maintain accurate, detailed reports and records of patient care, including observations, treatments and responses. Direct or supervise less skilled nursing or healthcare personnel or supervise a particular unit. Consult and coordinate with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, or evaluate patient care plans. Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in clinical skills with attention to detail Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills Empathy and compassion towards patients Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Current and valid Registered Nurse license CPR certification Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred
