Job Description Job Description Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1 year of Occupational Therapy experience required. A summer occupational therapy opportunity is available for a licensed Occupational Therapist experienced in school-based settings. This contract position supports an Extended School Year (ESY) program designed to provide specialized therapy services to students over the summer months. Location: Philadelphia, PA Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Duration: July 6 to August 6, 2026 Hours: Four days per week, 6.5 hours per day (26 hours weekly) Onsite position Responsibilities include: - Delivering occupational therapy services to students within the school environment as part of the ESY program - Collaborating with educators and other professionals to support student learning and development - Conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and implementing individualized interventions focused on improving functional skills - Documenting progress and maintaining thorough records compliant with school and professional standards Qualifications: - Valid Occupational Therapist license with experience in school-based therapy - Knowledge of educational and therapeutic strategies appropriate for ESY programs - Ability to work onsite and engage directly with students and school staff - Strong communication skills and teamwork orientation This role provides the chance to impact students progress during the critical summer period while working in a supportive school setting.
