Weekend Program Registered Nurse (RN) 32 hours/week | Night
Shift Fairmount Homes is a five-star rated, faith-based Continuing
Care Retirement Community located on a beautiful 50 acre campus in

currently seeking a compassionate and experienced Weekend Program
Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Skilled Nursing team. Weekend
Program Schedule and Pay Range - Two (2) 12-hour weekend night
shifts: Saturday & Sunday, 6:30 PM – 6:30 AM - One (1) 8-hour night
shift: 10:30 PM – 6:30 AM - Weekend commitment: 48 out of 52
weekends per year - Pay Range: $48.30 - $52.40 Position Overview
The Weekend Program RN serves in a leadership role during night
shifts, providing clinical oversight and supervision within our
long-term care setting. This role requires strong nursing judgment,
professionalism, and the ability to lead and support staff while
ensuring quality resident care. Qualifications - Current
Pennsylvania RN license - Current CPR certification - Experience in
long-term care nursing administration or supervision required -
Experience in rehabilitative and/or geriatric nursing preferred -
Strong leadership, communication, and management skills -
