Licensed Mental Health Professional / LMHC / LMFT / LCSW Manhattan & Bronx, NY | Full-Time Salary: $97,000 A respected New York City nonprofit healthcare organization is seeking a Licensed Mental Health Professional to support participants in a workforce development program focused on preparing young adults for careers in healthcare. This role provides trauma-informed counseling, mental health assessments, and behavioral health support to program participants while collaborating with program staff to ensure individuals receive comprehensive support during their training and career development. Responsibilities Provide individual and group counseling sessions Conduct mental health assessments and develop service plans Provide crisis intervention and coordinate referrals Collaborate with program staff and case managers Maintain clinical documentation and program reporting Qualifications Licensed Mental Health Professional (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent) Master’s degree in a related field Experience working with underserved youth and young adults preferred Strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to travel between Manhattan and Bronx locations Flexibility for some evening or weekend hours Salary: $97,000 annually This is an excellent opportunity to support community mental health and workforce development initiatives while making a meaningful impact on the lives of young adults pursuing careers in healthcare.
