Job Description General Dermatologist Opportunity Lancaster County, PA Practice Overview Well-established physician-owned dermatology practice with four convenient office locations throughout Lancaster County. Offices are 15–20 minutes apart with fixed, non-rotating schedules. Position Details Seeking two full-time General Dermatologists for medical and surgical dermatology. See 30–45 patients per day Supported by two dedicated clinical assistants (MAs/LPNs/RNs) per physician Assistants handle all scribing in NextTech EMR, rooming, and prescription submissions Preferred 4-day work week (Tuesday–Friday); Friday coverage especially needed Work across 2–3 locations per week No Mohs surgery required (covered by part-time Mohs surgeons) Support Infrastructure Full in-house pathology laboratory with dedicated dermatopathologist Pathology team manages most patient follow-ups Strong mid-level provider support Separate cosmetic center offering optional cosmetic work (no scheduling conflicts) Compensation & Partnership Base salary 40% of collections model Realistic earning potential of $500K after year 1.
