Overview:Must be fully vaccinated. **Responsibilities:

  • Performs assigned food preparation training duties under supervision of Sous Chef.
  • Ensures menu quality and consistency of food items.
  • Ensures kitchen equipment and facilities are maintained in safe and sanitary condition.
  • Promotes positive public relations.
  • Performs other duties as assigned
    • High school diploma or equivalent.
    • Minimum of one (1) year of appropriate experience.
    • Able to perform assigned duties safely and efficiently.
