For more information on the company, please visit - RoleThe Senior Director, Meals and Beverages (M&B) and Corporate Strategy supports the most critical Corporate and M&B initiatives for the company. The role is responsible for developing compelling, data-driven insights and recommendations for both enterprise and divisional strategic projects and business planning, including refreshing the enterprise strategic plan and annual operating plan (AOP). The role will work closely with the Executive Leadership Team at Campbell (Campbell Leadership Team - CLT) to drive initiatives forward by identifying opportunities, sizing potential impact, organizing work plans and managing stakeholders, among other responsibilities.This is a highly visible role that reports to the Associate Vice President, Enterprise Strategy and involves frequent interaction with Senior Management, primarily Division Leadership Team members but also including other CLT, cross-divisional leadership and the CEO. A partnership-led, service-oriented mindset will be required to build and sustain the right relationships to make this role successful in driving our enterprise strategies forward.This role will be based out of Camden, NJ. Limited travel will be required to other locations.Primary Job Responsibilities Provide project leadership for key M&B and select Enterprise initiatives; lead cross-functional teams to deliver successful outcomes on time by creating well-organized and detailed workplans, identifying and overcoming challenges as they arise, holding team members accountable, and sharing progress updates with key stakeholders and steering committee membersDevelop collaborative working relationships with senior leaders and team members across all Divisions and Functions, and partner effectively to advance strategic / critical thinkingPrepare materials for the Board and Campbell Leadership Team to drive clarity and alignment around strategic imperativesSupport development of the Strategic Plan, Annual Operating Plan (AOP), as well as other short and long-term business plans and business reviews (e.g., portfolio evaluation)Analyze and drive insights from quantitative and qualitative analysis to identify opportunities for growth and margin expansion across the business, including industry trends impacting M&B and the broader enterpriseEstablish clear business cases for growth opportunities with rationale for strategic investments and improvement opportunities by assessing market potential, consumer/customer needs, the competitive landscape, and other relevant considerationsAnalyze strategic fit for potential acquisitions and strategic partnerships and prepare recommendations based on due diligence findingsIdentify leading and lagging indicators of value that can be quantified and tracked over time to measure performance of strategic execution. Manage, Track and Analyze KPI deliveryRecommend and develop action plans to implement operational improvements to drive operational efficiency and improved ways of working (e.g., Divisional planning process improvements)Support professional development and capability building for junior team members on shared projects / workstreamsJob Requirements:B.A./B.S. (business-related field preferred, not required); MBA strongly preferredMinimum of 7+ years professional experience, including 5+ years related experience in corporate strategy, management consulting, investment banking, project management, business operations, and/or financeSuperior analytical and quantitative skills; ability to draw conclusions from complex dataCapacity to work collaboratively as well as independently with cross-functional teams with minimal direct supervision; Must be a self-starter and take initiative without direct instructionPoised, articulate presentation and facilitation skills, unafraid to raise issues and contrary opinions to Division LT membersExcellent written and oral communication skills; demonstrated leadershipAbility to influence others and drive complex problems toward resolution and adoptionExhibited ability to scope, plan, and execute large scale, complex projectsStrong organizational awareness - knows how to read organizational dynamics at the senior levels and navigate stakeholdersStrong listening skills - seeks to understand and spends time on learning history/context before looking to drive changeComfortable with ambiguity and ability to flex approach to change direction as neededDemonstrated discretion and independent judgment in handling of confidential information and matters of significanceKnowledge of the Consumer Products / Food industry a plus. Ability to quickly learn and influence key business drivers is a critical success factorCompensation and Benefits:The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between$125,500-$209,300Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
