Summary This role is responsible for leading strategic analytic
initiatives supporting HR Business Partners. He/She will apply
their analytics mastery to connect the HR community, the Business
community and HR Analytics Team to collect, clarify, prioritize,
and translate business requirements into solutions that deliver
insights and actionable recommendations to the Campbell's business.
The incumbent is also expected to deliver hands-on analyses,
becoming an innovation source for scale analytics development.
He/she needs to have a strong analytical background, knowledge
and/or interest of the HR function, advance statistics, leadership
presence and engagement. The incumbent must possess ability to
articulate complex analytics in practical terms to HR partners to
facilitate adoption and execution. Strong written and verbal
communication skills to influence others are crucial. Primary
Responsibilities
- Stakeholder Management - Cultivates and manages relationships
with business stakeholders to effectively understand their needs
and requirements while guiding and shaping the solution design into
actionable data driven analysis, models, and reports to support
strategic decision making for HR and Business initiatives.
- Change Management - Management of when solution changes will
take effect and supporting business with communicating
details/impact of changes and providing tools for training audience
on the new process(es) and how to communicate to their
stakeholders
- Project Management - Works across multiple teams and
stakeholders, coordinate priorities, deadlines, and goals in an
effective manner to achieve desired results. Ability to communicate
business needs to HR Analytics team and in conjunction with HR IT
team or external vendors is a critical component of the role's
success.
- Data Analysis - Act as dedicated data subject matter expert and
create user friendly reporting templates and dashboards for
management reporting utilizing Workday, Power BI, Tableau, MS
Office, and other tools; partnering with HR Analytics' Data
Engineer and HR IT on analytics to deliver solutions
- Continuous Improvement mind-set - Ability to challenge the
status quo and influence without authority, building a new internal
muscle and workflow to help shape the way decisions are made in the
future for the HR function to bring disruptive value. Job
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Math/Statistics, Data Science,
Human Resources or other related field; Master's degree a plus
- Years of relevant experience: 5 years minimum working in HR
data analytics, business intelligence, analytical consulting or HR
experience required
- Advanced Excel (Pivots, V-Lookups, Graphs/Charts) and reporting
skills
- Knowledge of Workday preferred, as well as other HR systems and
processes
- Ability to communicate effectively with functional business
customers at all organizational levels
- Experience developing dashboards using Power BI, Tableau or
other data visualization tools
- Cross functional project management and leadership
experience
- Collaborates to seek solutions to complex problems; uses
sophisticated analytical thought to exercise judgment and identify
innovative solutions; Communicates difficult concepts and
negotiates to adopt a different point of view
- Ability to manage changing priorities and workflow
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint ACR The Company
