Global People Operations team is responsible for building and
running the operational backbone of CoreWeave's People function.
The team supports the full employee lifecycle across a rapidly
scaling, global workforce, partnering closely with Legal, Finance,
IT, Payroll, and business leaders to deliver compliant, efficient,
and employee-centered People Operations. About the role: As Senior
Manager, Global People Operations , you will lead and scale core
People Operations programs while managing and developing a
high-performing team. This is a hands-on leadership role where
you'll own complex operational domains, refine processes to improve
quality and speed, and ensure consistent execution across a growing
global organization. You'll oversee employee lifecycle operations,
leaves of absence, accommodations, and service delivery while
partnering cross-functionally to support acquisitions and
geographic expansion. As a senior leader within People Operations,
you'll align team priorities with business needs, represent the
function in cross-functional planning, and advocate for the systems
and resources required to operate at scale. Who You Are: 8–12 years
of experience in People Operations or HR Operations , including
work in global or multi-state environments Demonstrated experience
managing and developing People Operations teams , including
performance management and coaching Deep hands-on expertise with
employee lifecycle operations , including offboarding, employee
changes, promotions, and HRIS updates Direct experience managing
leaves of absence (LOA) and workplace accommodations in compliance
with applicable regulations Proficiency with HRIS platforms and
People systems , including ensuring data accuracy and operational
integrity Experience owning or leading an HR ticketing or service
delivery model , including intake design, prioritization, SLAs, and
response quality Ability to use operational trends (e.g., ticket
volume, recurring issues, employee feedback) to inform
prioritization and process improvements Comfort working with
AI-enabled tools for automation, workflow optimization, or
AI-assisted drafting in an operational context Preferred:
Experience supporting high-growth tech or infrastructure-focused
companies Exposure to global employment models, including EORs,
international compliance, or regional policy development Experience
supporting acquisitions or geographic expansions from a People

for this role is $135,000 to $198,000. The starting salary will be
determined by job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and the
market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal
equity when determining compensation. In addition to base salary,
our total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus, equity
awards, and a comprehensive benefits program (all based on
