Job Description ANALYGENCE is seeking a Systems Administrator (SA) who provides support for implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of IT systems. The SA Manages IT system infrastructure and any processes related to these systems. The SA provides support to IT systems, including day-to-day operations, monitoring and problem resolution for all client problems. Additionally, the SA Provides second-level problem identification, diagnosis, and resolution, as well as, support for the dispatch system and hardware problems and remains involved in the resolution process. The SA Supports the escalation and communication of status to agency management and internal customers. Qualifications Basic Qualifications:

• Associate degree or higher and/or 5-15 years of experience.
• Experience in one or more systems and architectures and associated hardware: mainframe, mini, or client/server based.
• Ability to function as a technical expert across multiple project assignments; demonstrated leadership on major technology assignments.--
• Proven to be adept at juggling multiple, complex, broadly defined work assignments, requiring originality and innovation to accomplish tasks; evaluates performance results and recommends major changes that affect short-term project growth and success.
