Job Description
Evolution, the world-leading provider of high-tech solution for online gaming is looking for a Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) Administrator to provide HRIS services and support in the areas of systems development and maintenance, database administration, information reporting, training and business process improvements to Human Resources staff and leaders throughout the North America operations.Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support in implementing, configuring and troubleshooting the HRIS and Learning Management System;
  • Build, automate and maintain the reports in the HRIS;
  • Create user guides and manuals for the HRIS and Learning Management systems;
  • Oversees HRIS user training through methods such as developing training materials, documenting processes, and delivering training sessions to stakeholders.
  • Participate in relevant HR Department projects;
  • Maintain confidentiality of all internal and sensitive information;#EVONJL
    Qualifications

    • A level of education, training and experience equivalent to a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or IT, plus two (2) years of recent related experience working with HRIS and Learning Management Systems
    • Ability to be customer service focused.
    • Knowledge of database management principles. Advanced knowledge of relevant database, spreadsheet and human resources information systems.
    • Ability to develop complex and customized queries and reports.
    • Strong analytical, problem solving and system analysis skills.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Familiarity with Sage People, Salesforce or TalentLMS preferred
