SUMMARY The Senior Software Engineer - Oracle EBS implements solutions for Parts Supply Chain line of business in a cost-effective way by learning and comprehending business process, eliciting, and documenting requirements, and communicating clearly to business and technology. This role requires a certain level of business acumen coupled with strong technical knowledge of the Oracle EBS 12.2 Architecture and Supply Chain modules. The candidate should have experience in evaluating, coordinating and creating deliverables; meeting with customers, and resolving issues. The role works across functional boundaries to connect-the-dots between IT department products and services. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for communications between IT, internal business partners, Retailers and providers
• Responsible for defining and documenting requirements, systems testing, internal & external support and issue management and resolution.
• Builds strong working rapport with business users.
• Articulates business and functional requirements into technical deliverables.
• Identifies, tracks, and escalates issues and risks in a timely manner.
• Creates functional design documents and process flow diagrams.
• Assist in Product support and monthly on-call support on a rotation bases to ensure supply chain systems operate without any outages. SKILL REQUIREMENTS
  • Sound knowledge of Supply Chain Management in the sales and distribution industry vertical.
  • Experience working with Oracle EBS ERP modules version 12.2 with a focus on Supply Chain Modules.
    • Supply Chain comprising of modules Inventory, Purchasing, Advanced Pricing Order Management, Shipping, Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payables & Bill Of Materials
    • Expert in Oracle development methodologies using PL/SQL, Forms & BI Publisher Reports.
    • Intermediate skill with UNIX shell scripting.
    • Experience with APEX development is a plus.
    • Experience working in either the Procure to Pay or Order to Cash business cycle is required.
    • Sound understanding of planning concepts such as (Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Optimization) is a plus.
    • Experience gathering software requirements.
    • Experience writing functional and technical specifications.
    • Experience creating test plans and test cases.
    • Experience leading meetings, coordinating deliverables, and resolving issues is plus.
    • Proven experience interfacing with customers and development teams
    • Strong organization and administration skills
    • Strong written and oral communications skills
    • Proficiency in MS Office is required.
    • Must be a self-starter, able to work independently and take initiative to find solutions.
    • Excels in building relationships with the business users, Retailers, and partner organizations. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: BA/BS and 7+ years of related experience SALARY RANGE: The recruiting base salary range for this full-time position is $80,500 - $115,000. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
