Customer Delivery Consulting Technical Leader to support a large,
strategic program, aligned to bold ground-breaking agendas. Deep
technical leadership and ability to translate business/mission
requirements into technical solutions are key skills for success.

high-impact environment as a critical, visible contributor to the
Cisco/Client team. A seasoned mix of broad networking knowledge and
specific area expertise, as well as excellent communication and
consulting skills, has well-positioned this Cisco team as trusted
advisors to our customers.
As a Customer Delivery Consulting Technical Leader who specializes
in Cisco Enterprise Networking solutions, you will support an
important customer through the development of complex designs,
implementation support of Cisco technologies, and delivery of
optimization services to one of Cisco's largest customers in the
United States. This position requires embedded onsite customer
support.
Who You'll Work with
The Cisco Customer Experience involves helping craft the customer's
vision for their network and maintain a secure, state-of-the-art
environment that is second to none in terms of network uptime and
reliability. The qualified engineer in this account will be able to
have an impact on the customer base and help them transform to meet
their mission.
The Team
Cisco's Customer Experience Team is a team of leaders who provide
leading architectures and solutions to our customers -- along with
cutting edge consulting to ensure customer success. Our members
work cross-functionally and together to deliver business outcomes,
along with the resources to ensure personal and professional
growth.
Who You Are
The candidate has 7+ years of experience as a network engineer
supporting Cisco technologies/products in large scale enterprise
environments, with a deep understanding of data networks and solid
foundation in enterprise routing and switching technologies.
Large-scale enterprise design and deployment experience is desired.
Candidate should be a CCIE certified or CCIE level, preferably in
Enterprise Networking - Routing and Switching. Military Veterans

Employees on sales plans earn performance-based incentive pay on
top of their base salary, which is split between quota and
non-quota components. For quota-based incentive pay, Cisco
typically pays as follows:
.75% of incentive target for each 1% of revenue attainment up to
50% of quota;
1.5% of incentive target for each 1% of attainment between 50% and
75%;
1% of incentive target for each 1% of attainment between 75% and
100%; and once performance exceeds 100% attainment, incentive rates
are at or above 1% for each 1% of attainment with no cap on
incentive compensation.
For non-quota-based sales performance elements such as strategic
sales objectives, Cisco may pay up to 125% of target. Cisco sales
plans do not have a minimum threshold of performance for sales
incentive compensation to be paid.
