us! Job Description: This job is responsible for planning and
coordinating the execution of project/small program deliverables
which requires the engagement of multiple teams. Key
responsibilities include communicating work objectives,
coordinating delivery, facilitating sync points across teams,
providing end-to-end visibility into the health of the
deliverables, and managing program risk and compliance to
standards. Job expectations include ensuring delivery meets the
client’s expectations in terms of the functionality, quality,
timeline, and cost. Position Summary: Data quality steward for PMO
function to ensure accurate reporting for various levels of the
organization Documents, revises, and maintains all program
governance standards and routines Subject matter expert on all
enterprise change management (ECM) and line of business PM
governance requirements Facilitator of enterprise toll-gating
requirements for the PM community across Global Markets Tech
Subject matter expert for application portfolio management
Responsible for tracking of program portfolio governance health
metrics Distribute periodic updated metrics and engage with the
tech teams to ensure timely correction of data quality issues
Communicate change policies and standards and updates related to
those standards to the PM community Serve as liaison between the
line of business technology delivery leads and the central Global
Technology COO teams, ensuring all deadlines are met and senior
leadership is kept informed of progress Drive the management
information and visualization tools development Capture key project
metrics and information for executive level reporting Work with
globally distributed teams to coordinate various types of
information and projects Proactively manage risk metrics – focus on
“at risk” or “exceeding threshold risks” – work with technology
management to address root causes and remediate as required
Responsibilities: Leads and coordinates routines to support
delivery (for example, kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder
meetings, change controls, and tollgates, etc.) Manages
coordination of delivery and dependencies across multiple teams
Facilitates communication and collaboration across organizations to
support the deliverable completion and timeline Provides status
updates for the deliverables to stakeholders and leadership
pertaining to delivery, risks, issues, and schedule Works with
sponsors and stakeholders to ensure that execution is aligned with
deliverable requirements Supports resource planning for delivery
and execution Ensures adherence with Enterprise Change Management
standards Required Qualifications: 2 - 5 years of program/project
management experience Detailed knowledge of SDLC and application
governance Proficiency in the Atlassian tools, such as Jira for
issue tracking and Confluence for collaboration Familiarity with
Agile practices and principles in managing programs and delivery of
technology solutions Understanding of the business controls and
compliance functions and the partnership required to be effective
Persistence, poise and perseverance to get things accomplished
under pressure and within the set timelines Sound business judgment
and the ability to work successfully with all levels of management
Demonstrated ability to work independently and within a team Strong
ability to analyze data to identify thematic issues / areas
requiring improvement Good problem solving and analytical skills
Good verbal and written communication skills Good time management
and organizational skills Interest and track record of ensuring
accuracy, clarity and quality of work with attention to detail
Established track record of developing performance metrics and
reporting Commercial awareness of the Bank and its license to
operate Prior experience within a top tier investment bank
preferred Technical Competencies: Advanced/Expert MS Office skills,
especially Excel, to track and manage many different types of
efforts and data. Advanced SharePoint for managing workflow,
portals and data repositories Prior experience with database driven
reporting capabilities, such as Tableau, is essential Ability to
write macros and vba expertise a must Knowledge of Microsoft Access
and SQL is a plus Desired Qualifications: Commercial awareness of
the Bank and its license to operate Prior experience within a top

$78,200.00 - $157,800.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined
based on experience, education and skill set. Discretionary
incentive eligible This role is eligible to participate in the
