Sterile Processing Tech Location: Bethpage, NY Agency: Lancesoft
Inc. Pay: $1,400 per week Shift Information: Evenings - 5 days x 8
hours Contract Duration: 8 Weeks Start Date: 3/9/2026 About the
Position Shift Evening Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM Responsibilities
Clean, decontaminate, sterilize, and reassemble surgical
instruments Operate sterilization equipment (washers, autoclaves,
ultrasonic machines) Follow count sheets and prepare case carts
Retrieve used instruments from hospital units Inspect instruments
for cleanliness and function; report issues Maintain inventory and
keep work areas contamination?free Stand for long periods; lift up
to 25 lbs Requirements Requirements Required Valid Sterile
Processing certification (CRCST or CSPD) — must stay valid for full
assignment High School Diploma or equivalent Experience: Option 1:
1 year certified 4 years SPT experience Option 2: 2 years certified
experience Ability to lift/carry 25 lbs Ability to stand, bend,
lift, reach for long periods Effective communication in English
(verbal written) Preferred 2 years experience Familiarity with:
STERIS Washers, Autoclave SynergyTrak IT system
