Job Description:
A large medical supply organization is seeking a Director of
Procurement to lead sourcing, purchasing, and supply chain
strategy. This role balances strategic leadership with hands-on
execution to ensure cost efficiency, quality, and operational
stability. Responsibilities Include: Leading strategic sourcing for
medical supplies and equipment Negotiating supplier contracts and
long-term agreements Overseeing purchasing operations and inventory
control Managing supplier performance and relationships Analyzing
spend, KPIs, and cost-saving opportunities Ensuring compliance with
reimbursement and quality standards Ideal Qualifications: 5 years
of procurement or supply chain experience 3 years in a leadership
role Strong negotiation and contract management skills Experience
with ERP or procurement systems Medical supplies, DME, or
healthcare industry experience preferred Salary : $180k -
