Job Description:

An FQHC close to Philadelphia needs an additional pediatrician. They are adding another physician to their staff due to an increase in patient volume. This opportunity is mostly outpatient, but there will be some newborn rounding. In addition to working at the clinic there will be a 1:7 phone-only call. You will be joining nine other physicians and three nurse practitioners. The incoming physician will see an average of 16 to 18 patients per day. Patients that come here receive great care and compassion by the highly qualified medical team. This employed position offers a competitive compensation package that includes a quarterly bonus based on production. You will receive 100% paid for medical, dental, and vision. You will also receive, a generous PTO package, 5 days of CME plus a stipend, a 403b retirement plan and pension, and malpractice with tail coverage. There is also loan repayment available though FQHC designation.
