HR Leave Coordinator. needed for a contract opportunity with Yoh's client located in Camden, NJ.This is a work from home opportunity but needs to reside in the Camden area as it will likely convert to a direct position down the line.Pay Range: $18/hr. to $19/hr.Responsibilities:* The Leave Coordinator administers all areas of the Leave of Absence (LOA) process in accordance with Company policies, Collective Bargaining Agreements, and state and federal regulations.* Administers and coordinate LOA programs that include FMLA, ADA, Worker's Comp, Military Leave, short term disability, long term disability, and Paid Family Leave.* This includes correspondence and timely follow up with employees, management, and related vendors, tracking of status of leaves, coordination of benefits while on unpaid leave with Third Party Vendor (TPA), coordination of leave and conducting audits of HRIS system, providing payroll instructions, coordination of pay with state mandated benefits including paid family leave and sick leave, TPA, & payroll/HRIS system, conducting payroll and intermittent leave audits for all employees on LOA, and coordination of efforts between all related parties in the LOA process.Qualifications:* Strong analytical and decision-making skills* Ability to work independently and manage a workload effectively Strong oral and written communication skills* Ability to handle confidential information with the utmost judgment and discretion* Proficient with Microsoft Access, Excel and Word* Demonstrated knowledge of HR benefit practices, policies, and procedures Thorough knowledge of federal and state laws pertaining to leave of absence.* Detailed knowledge of MS Office applications including Word, Excel and Access.
