Job Description:

Halvik is seeking a Project Control Specialist with an active Secret Clearance for a full time role in Atlantic City, NJ.Responsibilities:Prepare status reports as defined by TSL across all laboratory and business office activities.Prepare and coordinate all TSL Business Operations documentation and methods.Confer with, and advise, TSL Business Operations management on administrative policies and procedures, problems, priorities and methods.Support project oversight using project management tools including: Work Breakdown Structures, Critical Path analysis, and risk assessment in accordance with Project Management Institute (PMI) and Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) standards.Support TSL's technical leads in ensuring compliance and completion of data required for planned project activities.Update and maintain project schedules and analyze monthly reporting in support of the technical staff to ensure milestones and deliverables are achieved for performer contracts.Monitor and assess cost, schedule, and performance metrics in support of the Contracting Officer Representative and the TSL Technical Monitors for performer contracts.Prepare project briefs, compose project reports and documents, and other project related materials; scheduling and assisting in organizing logistical support and hosting project related meetings, reviews, and video or teleconferences.Support privacy compliance documentation.Support communication and outreach efforts within the TSL and parent organizations. Candidates must hold an Active Secret Clearance.
