GENERAL PURPOSE OF JOB:
Responsible for the scanning of paper documents based on client specific requirements.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Operate high speed scanner using personal computer and scanning softwareRemove, scan, and replace the documents in the corresponding box while retaining original orderClean and maintain scannersMaintain proficient knowledge of assigned processesRecognize and report problems and issues typical to equipment and given processesTrain or assist other associates on aspects of processingAssist with prep of documents or reprocessing of documents as neededKeep workstation clean and organizedMaintain departmental efficiency standards relating to volumes and service levelsInteract with other team members as necessary to accomplish goalsMust strictly follow workflow process and chain of commandPerform all other duties as assigned by management
Education
High school diploma or GED; up to six months related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience
Must have basic personal computer skills.Must be able to meet deadlines and work under pressure, including the ability to perform and complete a high volume of work assignments with speed and accuracy, work independently with minimal supervision and cooperatively with others showing courteousness and professionalism.Must be able to maintain confidentiality.
