Job Description:

Essential Functions? Provides level 1 support to client users for their IQVIA-hosted Business Intelligence (BI) platforms? Manages ongoing data refreshes, ensuring that quality control processes are followed and data is delivered on-time and accurately? Holds regular meetings with client stakeholders to go over open issues, identify potential improvements, and ensure overall client satisfaction? Participates in quarterly business review meetings with both internal and external stakeholders? Responds to both data-related and technical questions or issues from the client, triaging them to appropriate resources and tracking to resolution using ticketing systems? Works closely with sales and project teams to ensure smooth transition of new projects and enhancements to production support? Updates project documentation as needed when ongoing processes are adjusted? Leads ticket review meetings with internal stakeholders to align team on outstanding issues? Performs regression testing for major releasesQualifications? Ability to juggle diverse clients and manage time appropriately? Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or other relevant field? Eighteen (18) months of experience in a client service environment? Good technical and commercial awareness? Excellent communication skills.?
