JOB DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBLITIES:
Works diligently to support the S.H.O.W. Service Basic Standards
culture and team philosophy throughout the department.
Comply with all departmental and Company Policies including
Borgata's business ethics guidelines.
Responsible for maintaining accurate property information
through daily use of talent portal, email and other forms of
Responsible for the preparation of suite prior to customer
arrival and coordinating room service set-up with any special
requirements customers may have.
Responsible for providing all food and beverage service to
suites designated to have butler service. Coordinates all such
orders with Room Service Manager on duty to assure proper order is
given and received.
Maintains accurate documentation on facilities needs for luxury
Coordinates with Housekeeping Staff to ensure that rooms are
kept in superior condition at all times and that while occupied,
they are serviced at the convenience of the customer.
Maintains butler pantry and equipment to be kept up to the
standards of the Front Office as well as the Food and Beverage
Upholds The Borgata's commitment to customer service.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Exposure to casino related environmental factors including but
not limited to second hand smoke, excessive noise, and stress
related to servicing customers in a high pressure and fast paced
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
Experience in and able to provide gourmet service and valet
Strong customer service skills required.
Must be able to work holidays and weekends, as well as flexible
shifts and/or unusual hours.
Must be able to stand for an entire shift and move throughout
