Parker McCay P.A. is seeking to hire an associate attorney
(preferably 1-5 years of relevant experience) for our Public
Finance department in the firm's Camden, New Jersey office. Our
public finance attorneys act as bond counsel, underwriter's
counsel, trustee's counsel and borrower's counsel for public,
not-for-profit, educational and private clients with respect to
tax-exempt financings, taxable financings, and related matters.
Clients include local municipalities, counties and school
districts, local and county utility authorities, county improvement
authorities, bi-state agencies, investment banks, trustees and
other market participants. This is an excellent opportunity for an
attorney to develop his or her practice doing sophisticated work in
a high energy, high reward setting.

- Drafting legal documents relating
to a public and project finance transaction, including indentures,
loan/security/collateral agreements, resolutions, opinions and
memoranda, as well as other transaction documents relating to the
financing of public, non-profit and educational
- Perform analysis and make or
suggest opinions that impact client.
- Prepare and enter daily time
Requirements include, but are not
limited to the below:
- Law degree from an accredited law
school with admission to the New Jersey Bar. Additional Bar
admissions are a plus, but not required.
- Strong interest and aptitude for
matters related to public finance.
- Strong transaction background with
