well informed of property promotions and events. Develops highly

service standards and holds employees accountable for meeting them.
Clearly communicates and enforces company expectations including
Code of Commitment, policies, procedures, department goals and
business strategy. Addresses employee performance issues, coaches
for improvement and provides ongoing feedback. Uses EOS data to
improve the workplace, listens and responds to employees,
recognizes and rewards individual and team performance.
Consistently follows company policies, procedures and industry
regulations, maintains accurate and up-to-date employee records,

Performs the following duties for Caesars Atlantic City: Assists
in and is fully responsible for Housekeeping Shift Manager duties
in the absence of the Housekeeping Shift Manager. Responsible for
assisting in the training and supervision of the Housekeeping
employees. Frequently inspects and evaluates guest rooms for
cleanliness; reports needs in general cleaning and repairs of
general rooms and hallways; oversees that maid carts are
presentable at all times and linen closets are neat, clean,
organized and fully stocked. Maintains prompt and accurate records.
Directly responsible for all projects assigned by the Manger
Housekeeping Shift. Must be cognizant of the rules and regulations
contained in the Local 54 contract in order that disciplinary
matters may be handled correctly.
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. Minimum two years
housekeeping experience, supervisory capacity preferred.
