We are currently recruiting for an Associate Director, U.S. Oncology Marketing - Lung Marketing. This position will focus on currently approved Non-Small-Cell Lung Cancer indications and will prepare for additional indications within lung cancer. The position will report to the Director of Marketing - Lung.

Our Marketing team is passionate about bringing our medicines and vaccines to our customers around the world. Through digital listening and patient analytics, we are able to understand our customers' needs and strive to provide solutions to meet them.

This position will require outstanding, proactive leadership in many different areas including strategic & launch planning, performance analytics, digital strategy and cross-functional collaboration.

Key responsibilities include and are not limited to the following:

  • Partner with data analytics team to identify opportunities for growth and work with Lung execution lead and to translate data insights into actions at customer level

  • Synthesize, analyze and monitor performance against key metrics and lead extended team meetings to share results and recommendations

  • Create, elevate and innovate digital strategy to ensure "best in class" framework for digital execution in Lung by partnering with Agile Digital Team lead

  • Lead strategy work for Early Stage in Lung, ensuring it compliments overall Lung franchise strategy

  • Near-term Point for Commercial Excellence Framework ((Listen, Learn, Lead)

Education Minimum Requirements:

  • Required: Bachelor's degree

  • Preferred: Master's degree

Required Experience and Skills:

  • Minimum of (5) years Pharmaceutical business experience

  • Core marketing experience including strategy development and competitive planning

  • Strong relationship building, problem solving, teamwork, analytical, and written/verbal communication skills

  • Experience influencing without direct authority and working successfully with cross-functional teams

  • Healthcare Provider promotion experience bringing materials through legal, regulatory, and clinical review

  • Oncology marketing or related experience

  • 20% travel including some weekends

Preferred Experience and Skills:

  • Field sales experience
